Three major Taliban leaders have been arrested in the last week. Shrub's Administration never had that success. Remember the early Shrub days? One of the key things he sold was that, somehow, the Estate Tax was evil and affected a lot of people. It didn't matter that it only hit the top 1% of earners and didn't hit them hard. Republicans and "conservative" Democrats passed a weird "repeal" bill. The debt is coming due.
